Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy below for information about returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • It must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items may not be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable products (if applicable)

  • Personal care items (if opened or used)

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company (processing time may vary)

  3. Contact your bank

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us using the email below.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
